The Habano Cigar Festival

Join the festival and try out some of the new brand creations of the Habano S.A group - responsible for producing the legendary Cohiba, Romeo and Juliet, and Montecristo cigars. Among the festival activities is a trip to the Vuelta Abajo tobacco plantation, a Habano cigar factory, a tobacco rolling master class, and cigar tasting, to name a few of the many things to do for the tobacco aficionado.

 

The 23rd Habano Cigar Festival in Havana will be held from February 27, 2023 to March 3, 2023.

The International Havana Book Fair

The International Book Festival generally takes place at the Historic Military Park of Morro-Cabaña, where you’ll get up close with Cuba’s history and sift through the fascinating works of literature available. The 31st Havana Book Fair is scheduled for February 3 - 10, 2023. Beginning in Havana City and finalizing in Santiago de Cuba.

International Salsa Festival

International Classic Music Festival

If you happen to be among the niche group of Middle-Age or Baroque music fans, then you’re sure to fit right in with this exclusive encounter. This Antiquated music festival is celebrated every year with the inclusion of special guests and up-and-coming artists from other countries, producing the most exquisite music before your ears. One of the festival’s locations of significant cultural value to the nation is the Basilica Menor de San Francisco de Asís, where you can further learn about Cuba’s heritage.

 

Dates have not been officially scheduled for this event just yet, but it is sure to be held in February.

 

Camagüey Culture Week

We now move on to the city of Camagüey for a splendid invitation to the weeklong cultural celebration of the province, where a slew of activities is available that reflect the town’s history. Some of the most exciting events include the concerts at Plaza del Gallo, gatherings with Cuban writers at the provincial library, presentations by the Ballet de Camagüey, and local film and art exhibitions, among other things to do.
